Thank you for joining The Meal Sync Method from The Everyday Fam. This service is designed to simplify family mealtime routines through personalized digital planning and a fully customized physical setup.

By purchasing any Meal Sync Method offer—including the Starter Plan, Pro Plan, or 15” Skylight Upgrade—you agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Policy

All purchases are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the service. Each order includes a custom Skylight Calendar, synced and configured based on your intake form, as well as digital meal plans, scheduling services, and access to exclusive content.

Once your Skylight is configured and your plan is delivered, we cannot repurpose or reuse your setup, which is why no refunds will be granted.

2. Product Fulfillment

Your Skylight Calendar will be purchased, customized, and shipped within 3–4 business days of receiving your completed intake form.
If your Skylight arrives damaged or defective, we will assist in facilitating a warranty claim through the manufacturer, but we do not offer replacements or refunds directly.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate information in your intake form to ensure your calendar and meal plan are properly set up.

2. Digital Services & Community Access

With your purchase, you gain access to The Meal Sync Method course and The Sync Circle, a private support community.
You may not share or distribute the content outside your household.
Any abusive, promotional, or inappropriate behavior in the community may result in removal without refund.

4. Subscription & Cancellation (Pro Plan Only)

If you subscribe to the Meal Sync Pro Plan, your subscription will auto-renew monthly until canceled.
You may cancel at any time prior to your next billing date to avoid additional charges.
Cancellations do not apply retroactively, and there are no refunds for unused time.
